Hello,
I am Samar El Hachem, the founder of STRIVE for CHANGE.
My passion and my expertise lie in challenging leaders, teams and organisations to embrace change as an opportunity for growth & partnering with them to Thrive in it.
I coach leaders and teams and advise organisations for effective change programs, bringing a wealth of international experience in leading teams and managing transformational initiatives.
I graduated as a Computer Engineer from ESIB -Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Beirut - and with an Executive Master of Sciences in a Change Leadership from HEC Paris in partnership with Oxford Saïd business school.
For 20 years, certifications in communication, facilitation , negotiation, finances and operation excellence added depth to my experience. I am an ICF ACC-certified coach blending the principles of positive psychology, NLP, and neuroscience into my practice.
I thrive on coaching leaders to elevate their leadership style, enabling them to guide their teams through uncertainty and drive transformative change in their organisations.
My passion for change is endlessly fueled by the magic that unfolds when the hidden power and resources within each person and organisation are revealed.
